  • Draws will be done on the day itself, 9th October 2011, at Tumbalong Park, Darling Harbour.
  • Draw sessions: 1.00pm, 3.00pm, 5.30pm [*subject to change, watch this space or refer to Programme Booklet on the event day]
  • If the major prize is not claimed after winning ticket is announced 3 times, ticket holders forfeits, and re-draw will take place.
  • If other prizes are not claimed after winning tickets are announced 3 times, organiser will ring the ticket winners ONCE, and re-draw will take place at the next lucky draw sessions if the winner do not pick up the call.
  • Do not lose the ticket. Prizes will only be handed out once a matching ticket stub has been received.

Come by Tumbalong Park, Darling Harbour on Sunday the 9th October 2011 and pick up some secret recipes and culinary tips from our very own Malaysian born chefs – Alvin Quah and Billy Law!

Alvin and Billy will both be conducting a cooking demonstration of traditional Malaysian dishes. If you are lucky enough, you may be hauled up onto the stage flaunt your culinary skills
