This year Malaysia Festival 2011 is back in its twenty first year with MORE FOOD that will be sure to leave you spoilt for choice!
We will be bringing to you 11 food and drink stalls which will be serving a variety of food & drinks. From teh tariks to satays, rest assured there will be something for everyone.

Papparoti
Father of all buns. The taste of buns you cannot find elsewhere. Just imagine, teh tarik or coffee with fluffy-crusty-coffee-flavor buns. Buns with choices of add-on like kaya and ice cream. Splendid combinations that will make you come back for more!

Just Roti
Just established early this year, still expanding. Serves variety of roti; roti canai, murtabak, roti boom, roti john in events like pasar malam, bazaar ramadhan held at Malaysia Hall. They have been introducing their roti to the locals in event like the international food festival in University of Sydney.

Aseana
Best of the best Chinese-Malaysian food resides here. Being located at the heart of Randwick Junction, it is famous for its Nasi lemak, Nasi Campur and Char Kway Teow. The interior design will remind you of the warung we had back in Malaysia.

Abang Sam
It’s well known for its satay and ‘kuahkacang’. One bite and you’ll crave for more. One is never enough. The best Satay in Sydney is just its fact.

Mamak
It’s fast food, street style, in a long, skinny room of hip young waiters and no-frills table setting. Best known for its irresistible flaky roti canai and chicken satay, Mamak strive to share their passion for authentic Malaysian cuisine with the Sydney community.

Café Kasturi
Café Kasturi offers a variety of all-time favorite Southeast Asian dishes including Rendang, Tom Yam Gung and Assam Fish. Serves authentic dishes prepared by experience chefs from Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.

Kopitiam
Known to serve the best laksa in town, Sydney Kopitiam Café is a legendary place for Malaysian hawker style cuisine with affordable price to match. Located in Ultimo, it is only steps away from China Town and Darling Harbour.

Mamak Village
A fresh new mamak in town, replicating the top favourite roadside stall back home. Being at the heart of students’ accommodation around Sydney University, its crispy rectangular version of the well known roti canai and penang char kway teow are just too good to be avoided.

Chinta Ria
From the outside this distinctive restaurant looks like it’s been blasted from an Asian tale into the heart of the shining tourist hub of Darling Harbour. Despite its historical-looking residence Chinta Ria’s cuisine is a punchy mix of modern Malaysian and Asian. It’s chicken roulade served in coconut sauce, the “red temple chicken” is not to be missed out on.

Jimmy’s Recipe
Well known for its top favourite laksa in the heart of CBD. Located at The Galeries of Victoria, it has a very pleasant environment with super fast services. Perfect place to get a peace of mind from your busy day in the city.

Kampung Boy
Extending Malaysian cuisine down to the southern Sydney? This newly opened restaurant is doing it right. It’s Nasi KampungBoy and Hainan chicken rice just floats your mind over this blend of Malaysian and modern Asian cuisine.
